Watercolor has many wonderful on site amenities including restaurants, a market and a health club. The three resort sized pools are perfect settings to relax and take in the sun. One of the pools overlooks the ocean and one overlooks a lake and marina, so you are never far from the calming effects of natural water. There is a delightful pool side bar and grill and all the pools have showers and changing areas along with free towel service. The shops and restaurants in neighboring Seaside are easy walking distance and provide for plenty to do. There is so much to do so close, you could literally park your car and not touch it for a week. Looking for a bit more than lazing in the sun and getting sand between your toes? There are onsite rentals of bikes, kayaks, canoes, and fishing equipment. There are also miles of paths for hiking, and biking. For the young travelers (and their parents) Watercolor also has an onsite kids camp. Tennis buffs will appreciate the five HarTru courts and the quality pro shop. Additionally the championship Camp Creek Golf course is just six miles from our property. This is an 18 hole Par 72 course with driving range, putting green, and shuttle service from the community. It opens to a great screened porch overlooking the park. The second master bedroom has a charming iron queen bed, TV and full bath. Additionally, there is a charming bunkroom that sleeps 2 as well as a great queen sofa sleeper that lets you sleep up to 8 comfortably. The living space of the home is very open and spacious. The living room has a large TV, dvd and sound system. There is a wonderful porch with table and chairs to eat meals or enjoy coffee and a paper. The dining room has a table that seats up to eight and the adjacent breakfast bar seats three more. The kitchen has the latest stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. There is a very large half bath and washer and dryer on this floor as well.
